Harsh Deep Sachdeva

Harsh Deep Sachdeva, founder of HDSA, has 28 years’ experience in accounts, finance, company law -secretarial, matters & analyzing financial operations of companies, devising/implementing successful turnaround strategies for its clients. Harsh has expertise in implementing financial procedures, maintenance & finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements and auditing.

Harsh effectively and strategically handled financial close of a BOT Project awarded by NHAI under Public Private Partnership including dealing with fund arrangers / Lenders/ Govt. Grant. He has also successfully organized Private Equity Investments through FDI of $300Mn in Eight Residential Projects

Harsh was earlier Vice President of DLF. He is currently advising three entities of major Blackstone Group and looking after all the finance, IT, AR, Customer’s services & taxation matters.

Mr. Srikanth

Srikanth is a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant having 25+ years of experience in finance and accounting, and internal audit, and has advised clients on direct and indirect taxation matters. He has worked with My Home Group of Companies and DLF Homes Developers Ltd. as a Deputy Manager.

Mr. Arpit

Mr. Arpit Goyal is an associate member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and law graduate. He has been mainly dealing with corporate advisory, legal matters, listing compliances including day to day compliances of corporate bodies. He is well exposed in NBFC compliances, merger and amalgamations, FEMA compliances, compounding matters and dealing with various regulatory including Registrar of Companies, NCLT, SEBI etc.

Mr. Suraj

Suraj has experience in Accounting & Finance matter & GST. He has carried internal Audit & review of books for various clients.

Piyush Goyal

Piyush Goyal is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and pursuing LLB for CCS University, Meerut. He has 5 years of expertise in the field of Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, MIS Reporting, Statutory and Internal Audit compliance, Income Tax, Goods & Services Tax (GST). He has ability to handle multiple functions and activities in high pressure environment.
