Mr. Harsh Deep Sachdeva (founder of HD Sachdeva & Associates), is a chartered accountant and company secretary, having 28 years’ experience in analyzing financial operations of companies, devising/implementing successful turnaround strategies, developing medium to long-term business development & growth strategies. Mr. Harsh Deep Sachdeva is proficient in formulating budgets, implementing systems/procedures, preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhancing overall efficiency of the Client’s business. He possesses rich experience in providing strategic and operational support to start-ups and early stage ventures in developing the business ideas into operating business units and developments of ecosystem for them. He has expertise in direct and indirect taxation matters, RERA matters including registration & compliances thereof, GST and corporate compliances.
He is currently providing professional consultancy services for the entities of Blackstone Group. As a lead role, Harsh is providing the advisory & other financial services including RERA matters to various clients. In past, Harsh has effectively and strategically handled financial close of a BOT Project awarded by NHAI under public private partnership including dealing with fund arrangers / Lenders/ Govt. Grant. He has also successfully organized Private Equity Investments through FDI of $300Mn in Eight Residential Projects
