CA Harsh Deep Sachdeva is the Founder and Proprietor of H D Sachdeva & Associates Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Associate Company Secretary (ACS), and Insolvency Professional (IP) with over three decades of professional and corporate experience.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1991, he spent over 15 years in senior corporate finance roles, including as Vice President (Finance) at DLF Home Developers Ltd., where he led large-scale financial transactions, PE investments, and RERA compliance for major residential projects.
He founded HDSA to bring that depth of corporate experience to clients across industries — combining professional rigour with practical business insight.
